Ingredients
  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add diced potatoes and cauliflower florets. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
