Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato
  • 2 chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 tablespoon grated Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste teaspoon Salt
  • for garnishing chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add cauliflower florets and potatoes. Mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice.
