Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Cut them into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add fried potatoes and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
