Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before filling.
