Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green Beans
  • 50 gram Almonds
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced red bell pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add blanched green beans and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, toast the almonds until golden brown.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the green beans and mix well.
  7. Serve the almond pepper green beans garnished with toasted almonds.
