Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, break the granola into clusters and store in an airtight container.
  9. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy as a snack.
