Ingredients
  • 200 gram Almonds
  • 250 gram Dates
  • 150 gram Oats
  • 4 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the almonds until finely ground.
  3. Add the dates, oats, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the dish for 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
