Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the fried potatoes and mix gently.
  7. Cook for a few minutes and sprinkle garam masala.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
