  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced carrots, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
