  • 2 cup Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
