Ingredients
  • 2 cup Beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Soak the beans in water overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans.
  3. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  5. Add the tomatoes, curry powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the soaked beans and water to the pot.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the beans are tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
