Ingredients
  • 4 banana Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the coconut milk, shredded coconut, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil or butter. Pour the banana coconut mixture into the dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm as a dessert or snack. Enjoy!
