Ingredients
  • 2 cup Acorn Squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over each squash half.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over the squash.
  6. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
