Ingredients
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the garlic cloves, cilantro, and salt to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the pot from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Toast the bread slices.
  6. Place the toasted bread slices in individual bowls.
  7. Pour the hot garlic and cilantro broth over the bread slices.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over each bowl.
  9. Serve immediately.
