Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Add tofu cubes and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
