Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped cabbage and peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes or until the cabbage is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
