Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Peas
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add potatoes and peas. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
