  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
