  • 2 can White beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in ground cumin and chili powder.
  4. Add white beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
