  • 2 cup White beans
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 stalk Celery stalks
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
