Cut the celery stalks into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.

Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add celery to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, water, salt, and black pepper.
