Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, add dried cranberries and mix well.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy it as a snack on its own.
