Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly, leaving the bottom intact.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Carefully brush the olive oil mixture over the potato slices, making sure to get in between the slices.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
