Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add the almond flour, gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the banana mixture and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
