Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.

Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
