Wash and dry the fingerling potatoes.

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the potatoes.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
